Who we are
This website belongs to Gerbelli Indústria e Comércio Ltda. (Brazilian company registration CNPJ 00.016.133/0001-56), Rua das Acácias, 1063, Jardim São Paulo, Americana/SP, CEP 13468-150, Brasil. We are the controller of the personal data processed here under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018, LGPD).

Data we collect and why
- Contact and Quote forms: name, e-mail, phone, subject, message, measurements and equipment model. We use them to answer you and prepare your quote (LGPD, art. 7, V, steps prior to a contract). When sent, the form also opens Gerbelli's sales WhatsApp with this information.
- WhatsApp, phone and e-mail buttons: when you click, the conversation continues in the app you chose. WhatsApp is a Meta service with its own privacy policy.
- Internal website measurement: pages visited, reading time, button clicks, visit source (for example, Google or an ad), device type and approximate city based on the IP address. The IP address is not stored. It uses no cookies and the data stays on our own server. It helps us understand what works on the site (LGPD, art. 7, IX, legitimate interest). You can turn it off with the button at the end of this page.
- Google cookies (Analytics and Ads): only set if you click "Accept" in the cookie notice. They measure visits and ad results (LGPD, art. 7, I, consent). Without consent, Google only receives cookieless, non-identifying signals, according to Google Consent Mode.
Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. To run the site we use these providers:
- Locaweb (website and database hosting, in Brazil);
- Cloudflare (security and fast page delivery);
- Google (Tag Manager, Analytics and Ads, only with your consent);
- Stape (our own measurement server at gtm.gerbelli.com.br, which forwards to Google only what your consent allows);
- Meta (WhatsApp, when you choose to talk there).
Some of these providers process data outside Brazil. Such transfers follow article 33 of the LGPD, with contracts and equivalent protection safeguards.
How long we keep data
- Contact and quote requests: up to 5 years, for sales history and legal obligations.
- Internal website measurement: up to 24 months.
- Your choice in the cookie notice: 12 months, in your browser.
- Google cookies: up to 2 years for Analytics and 90 days for Ads, or until you delete them in your browser.

Your rights
Under the LGPD (art. 18) you may at any time: confirm whether we process your data, access it, correct it, request deletion, anonymization or portability, know who we share it with and withdraw your consent.
Just write to [email protected]. We reply within 15 days. You may also contact the Brazilian Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
Security
Requests sent through the forms are stored encrypted, outside the public area of the website, and only authorized Gerbelli staff can access them, with a password and access logs.

We may update this policy when the website or the law changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
